When Tennille and Alexi met, they immediately connected through their involvement in the music industry, and later began to realize that their vision for the future was very similar. While both girls had a strong desire to do something positive in the world, neither of them felt capable without having enough money, success, or power to make a real difference. After seeing a news report about one ordinary woman's work to raise a huge amount of money for a country in the developing world, the girls felt excited and motivated enough to start making a difference right away, even if they had to start out small. They realized that every individual has an extremely important role to play, and although there is so much to be done, it is all possible if we come together to make the change, one step at a time.

E.P.I.C. (Everyday People Initiating Change) was the organization the girls formed to show people of every age, race, creed or social status that we have the ability to change the world for the better every day in whatever way we choose. As everyday people, WE can initiate the change that all the world's nations are hungering for, and there is no better day to start than TODAY!
