CAT FOOTWEAR

Cat Footwear recently signed Tennille Amor and Alexi Panos to their Earthmover Campaign. In keeping with Caterpillar Inc.’s tradition of hard work and fearlessness, the Earthmovers Campaign celebrates individuals who positively impact the world around them and who “move the earth” in their everyday lives.  

In celebration of the Autumn/Winter 2013 collection launch, Cat Footwear will give consumers the opportunity to buy a pair of shoes and give back at the same time.  With each purchase made from their direct mail catalog, buyers will receive a complimentary “What Did You Do Today?” dog tag by E.P.I.C. and Cat will donate $5 to E.P.I.C. to help fund another well in Africa, bringing clean drinking water to a community in need.

QUIKSILVER WOMEN

In 2008 E.P.I.C. teamed up with the Quiksilver Women's line, who donated 3% of all of their eco-friendly clothing sales in 2009 to the drilling of E.P.I.C.'s clean water wells.

With the extraordinary help of Quiksilver, E.P.I.C. was able to drill their 2nd and 3rd wells in the villages of Mangalali and Kibebe. Jennifer Barrios (one of the women from the then Quiksilver team), joined Tennille and Alexi on their trip to Tanzania in August, 2009, and was able to see for herself the necessity of the work being done.

In 2010, the 3% royalty rate came from all of the QSW stylish Short Sleeve Tees, and with their support, E.P.I.C. was able to drill 3 more wells in 2010/2011.

MTV

In 2009, MTV took notice of the work that E.P.I.C. was doing, and featured Tennille and Alexi in a video campaign about young, motivated, socially conscious young people around the country.  The girls were also featured in a commercial that premiered at the 2009 MTV VMAs, and played for over a year on the network.

JETBLUE

In 2010, Alexi (representing E.P.I.C.), was featured on an inflight segment, played on JetBlue for over a year, about six people who live a True Blue life.  The segment was seen by so many people, and helped garner a lot of new interest in the work that E.P.I.C. is doing in Tanzania.

It’s quiet good see that youngsters are looking to help more people. A good change to see i think by creating some Sticker of your organization and pasting them to the sites can help you to drive more donor’s and the partners.
